The Artist retains all rights to the work

After the details of the commission are agreed upon, The Artist shall send a demo for feedback and approval from The Client. After this The Artist will produce an unmixed version of the final track, with allowance for one revision request from The Client. The Artist shall then send a mixed version of the track including any requested changes. Any further revisions beyond this point will entail additional costs based on complexity.

The Client agrees the produced audio is for private use only. The client may not use the track with intent to make profit from it.

The Artist may post the final product on their public platforms unless another arrangement is made.

The Client must read and agree to these terms before entering into a contract with The Artist. By sending payment, The Client is agreeing to these terms.
